The Catalina Real-time Transient Survey (CRTS) uses data obtained by the Catalina Sky Survey (CSS)
to search for significantly varying optical transients the 21 darkest nights per lunation, weather permiting.
This page is updated in real-time as optical transients are discovered and posted as VOEvents.
